The YS-120TTL Duo represented a milestone in flash technology. It was the world's first electronic strobe with internal circuitry that will automatically dedicate for TTL flash photography with both four-pin and five-pin connectors. The technology was so well-received that it became the forerunner of Sea & Sea's YS-30TTL Duo and YS-90TTL Duo strobes.
